Then I got obese, then morbidly obese, tipping the scales at 371 pounds (168 kilograms / 26.5 stone). But then I found two guys online who helped me put together the pieces of the puzzle: Adam Waters (RTP: Real Time Physique) for the fitness and accountability aspect, then shortly afterward, Philip McCluskey (Loving Raw) who introduced me to the wonderful world of the Raw Food Lifestyle.
